COBS Bread Dough Rising Program Don't forget if you are shopping at COBS in Parkgate Village, our school is registered for their rebate program. All you need to do is mention before you pay that you are with the Blueridge Elementary Dough Rising program. At the end of the year our school will get 5% of the amount donated back to our school.
