CLASS REPRESENTATIVE

Volunteering as a Class Representative is a great way to get involved with your child's class and our school.  They are an invaluable position within the school as they provide a communication link between the parents, teachers and BPAC.  Class Reps should attend monthly BPAC meetings so they can share information with their class parents.

Two Class Representatives per division are recruited each September for the school year.  If there is a split class (i.e. 3/4) there will be one rep for each grade.

CLASS REP COORDINATOR

The Class Rep Coordinator helps us to recruit Class Reps for each division, as well as to keep lines of communication open to answer any questions and provide direction to them.  The Coordinator also distributes emails to the Class Reps as requested by the BPAC Executive or Coordinators of grade allocated events.  They also ensure Class Reps are briefed on their grade allocated responsibilities i.e. Welcome Back BBQ, Newcomer’s Tea etc.  The Coordinator follows up with Class Reps and reports on progress of their grade allocated event at BPAC meetings.
