SCHOOL DIRECTORY

In general the Coordinator works with Directory committee representatives to complete the production of the directory.  The coordinator organizes the information, advertising, design and printing of the Blueridge School Directory.  Specifically:

Information:  Collects current information for all families that have agreed to be in the Blueridge School Directory for that current year.  This information is then collated, input and checked for accuracy.

Advertising:  Oversees advertising submissions including solicitation, payment collection, and placement within the directory.

Design: The coordinator works with the committee representative to oversee and finalize design.

Printing & Distribution:  The Coordinator works with the committee to ensure the digital draft copy of the Directory is submitted to the printer and proofed for errors or omissions.  Once the directory is received at the school, the coordinator organizes the distribution of the directories to all students who ordered them. (digital or paper version)

**The Directory Committee needs volunteers to join for next year!
We will need volunteers to run the advertising section, collect and input new/updated contact information, update the information pages / babysitter pages, and lay out the directory. Many hands make light work!!! This is a valuable document for the school community. It's a great way to familiarize yourself with the community.

If you are interested in volunteering please contact a BPAC Executive member.
