WALKING SCHOOL BUS
The coordinator will work with area captains to organize their own area and come up with their own schedules/rules (i.e. walk ahead? stop at the corner?, etc.)
The Coordinator also puts together the 'Walk to School Day', which is a school wide competition to see which class has the highest % of kids who walk on a certain day. The coordinator will arrange for prizes for the class (treat or movie), and also a draw open to anyone who walked to school. The winner will receive something like a swim/skate pass.
